4th TIME in THAILAND

I've done it again for the 4^th time and 1^st time this year I fly back to my favorite country THAILAND to have some needed R&R ( rest & recuperation ).  I probably wont get tired coming back to this country, but not as exaggerated as last year where I go there 3 times, I’m thinking of making it a yearly routine to visit the temple and escape to a new environment country.

This news excites the F ( fashion ) out of me, my style icon and ever so favorite TV character CARRIE BRADSHAW of my all time favorite series “SEX and the CITY” - SJP herself SARAH JESSICA PARKER is in the country to promote the opening of the premiere mall SM AURA.

I’m so dying to see her in person, I’ll either camp out of the PENINSULA HOTEL Makati where she’s staying to catch a glimpse of her or if its an open event will go on FRIDAY ( MAY 17, 2013 ) on the opening of the mall, STALKER much huh LOL.

The net world is buzzing about hatred and dismay on the result of the recent election, well so far from the 12 SENATORS I posted campaign only 3 made it and there’s a possibility that one of them will fall out of the magic 12.

Well I won’t blame anyone or my countrymen on their poor choices but hope and pray these elected senators will perform for the people who put their trust on them.

ELECTION 2013

We are here for another ELECTION hoping for CHANGE and improvement on the lives of the FILIPINOS.

These are my 12 SENATORIAL bets, some of them are INDEPENDENT hoping to penetrate and bring change to the government, mostly RE-ELECTIONIST who already perform and campaigning to do more and VETERANS with outstanding account of services.

Certainly I won’t get the perfect 12 but hoping at least half of them will claim the senatorial seat, good luck and please VOTE WISELY…

I know I haven’t had any updates lately, there’s so many reasons like, health my eye hurts sometimes staring too much on the computer, house chores cause I hate living in a dirty place and kinda ironic cause I loathe cleaning, my novena I’m literally participating in two and that takes away two days of my every week and painting as I'm relieving the Monet in me LOL, but from all these excuses it only roots out to one thing I’m LAZY most of the time and UNCOORDINATED if I may add.

But don’t worry guys, things will change from here, I decided to do more updates, interesting or not you’re here because you want to read something so I’m giving you everything in the coming post, not that cause I need to fill each day but for the reason that in every giving days, things happen and those are what I’ll blog about.

TV: AMAZING RACE 22

Having the heart for travelling its apparent that I came to love this show as well, I started loving THE AMAZING RACE from its 14^th season when both ASIAN won TAMMY & VICTOR, since then I religiously watch the show.  This year 2013 the show is back and ready to give us a nonstop tour around the world, exhausting for the contestants but pleasing to us watching the places they go to and somewhat masochistically enjoyed their suffering at each task, LOL.

Two episodes has past already since I’m a very reliable blogger, the team started their two legs at FRENCH POLYNESIA, FRANCE in the island of BORA BORA, the first team to bite the dust are the FIREMEN – MATT & DANIEL (right) when they make a pact with the other two teams and surpass the last task and race to the finish line, they boat sink and cost them the race.

Another water casualty for the TWIN DOCTORS – IDRIES & JAMIL (left) who both don’t know how to swim and failed to race with the other teams who knows how to swim, well watching the show for years now I think teams should have one good swimmer, one good driver automatic or stick, one good in direction and lastly one fanatic of the show for familiarity.

TV: ASIA’s NEXT TOP MODEL ( WEEK 13 - FINALE )

I know this UPDATE is really really late but since I started the ASIA’S NEXT TOP MODEL post I probably should finish it so here it was the GRAND FINALE.  Do you need a recap?  Well to shorten it up 6 foot SOFIA (JAPAN) turns out to be too tall for booking as she zero out the GO-SEE and caused her the elimination.  STEPHANIE (PHILIPPINES) make history as the contestant in TOP MODEL history who linger at the BOTTOM TWO 5 times, would it be better if she also made another history and WIN in the end, hmmmp.

OK i'm kinda in a hurry so lets push this RECAP, the girls do their CANON commercial to see their personality and model skills in a moving picture, too bad this isn't a challenge cause STEPHANIE rocks her commercial being the most personable from the three.

Later the girls were set for a PHOTO SHOOT where they prep up in an EXPENSIVE CHANNEL for their HARPER'S BAZAAR cover shoot.  KATE (TAIWAN) was first in her tight dress that restrict her to move much, it turns out OK but the fashion director wasn't that satisfied.  STEPHANIE’s photo shoot was a mess according to KENNETH GOH the fashion director, he even compromise with a close up picture even if the magazine require a whole body angle.  And JESSICA as always rocks the PHOTO SHOOT, KENNETH was finale satisfied.

In the end of the PHOTO SHOOT the girls were surprise by their love ones, JESSICA’s boyfriend, STEPHANIE’s boyfriend and father to her child and KATE’s hot BRAZILIAN brother, LOL.

RUNWAY was STEPHANIE’s field so I was hoping my hometown girl will rock this part of the finale, and she did everyone was astound by her professional walk, KATE on the other hand gave a common model walk and JESSICA was a good second having a dramatic walk.

TV: ASIA’s NEXT TOP MODEL ( WEEK 12 )

After the come back episode last week, ASIA’s NEXT TOP MODEL is here with its lastest episode before the GRAND FINALE next week.  To recap the week before, my favorite girl AASTHA (NEPAL) got the cut after her sleepy eyes and low energy translate to a motion theme photo shoot.  And JESSICA (THAILAND) boosts a record of four consecutive best photo while STEPHANIE (PHILIPPINES) claim her fourth bottom two.  Who will be eliminated tonight?

WEEK 12 - Well to start the show, SOFIA (JAPAN) talks about how JESSICA (THAILAND) is ruling the competition and her vindication to do her best this week.  Then STEPHANIE (PHILIPPINES) talks about her fourth bottom two and how she’s breaking records like JESSICA only it’s the other way around.  SURPRISE SURPRISE the girls were asked to packed cause it’s time to move out and travel to a new destination, HONG KONG (ASIA’s FASHION CAPITAL).

Well to avoid unnecessary argument and violent reaction, the list was my very own view and opinion as such let me dubbed this post as the 10 HOTTEST MEN for me..

OH!  MEN, you love them, you hate them but truth be told we girls ( ? ) cant live without them---and with all due respect to my beloved boyfriend you’re the hottest guy for me, kiss kiss.

MY TOP 10 KOREAN DRAMAS

Well since it’s the LOVE MONTH, I decided on featuring things that I LOVE / LIKE, covering mostly the entertainment side like MOVIES, TV-SERIES, MUSIC and ETC.  On my first ensemble I would like to feature my ultimate addiction and that is KOREAN DRAMAS…

KOREAN DRAMAS started in the 90’s and quickly made a splash, after the PINOYS get tired of those long LATIN TELENOVELAS where the villain dies and reborn again to a much evil one, with protagonist also dying and coming back with the same face but different name and yet everyone who knows her wouldn't notice that she’s the same person, classic TV huh.

Well in KOREAN DRAMAS its kinda the same, but better cause it wouldn't linger on the cliche too much, fast paced story and like I said it ends quickly mostly into 16 to 20 episodes.  Also production wise it’s much better with shooting expanding from different continents, better actors at most you can relate to their characters and the story, and at some point when the drama ends there’s a twist that make you yearn for more.

Well since the 90’s I been a fan of KOREAN DRAMA’s, I cant even count how many it is but I can share my TOP picks, rounding them in TOP 10, these are the best of the best and what I recommend.

DAY 03 - LAST DAY IN SINGAPORE

It’s our third and our last day in SINGAPORE, what else to do but cram on the things we can push before the day ends.

First things first, you can’t go to SINGAPORE without taking a picture of their trademark structure, the MERLION.  Located at the MARINA BAY waterfront, this half fish half lion tourist structure was mounted in 1972, since then it was moved from different places until it finds its home at the MERLION PARK MARINA BAY after 30 years in 2002.

Well that’s the only info I could share, check out the pictures I take hopefully it makes you see what I see, a structure that represents the countries power, SINGAPORE the LION CITY.

DAY 02 - LES MISERABLES / SENTOSA

DAY 02 – After a very tiring THEME PARK day yesterday, we decided to make this day a free and easy one.  On the itinerary I included the movie I’m so eager to watch since I saw its trailer “LES MISERABLES” and some stroll on the park of “SENTOSA”.

DAY 01 - UNIVERSAL STUDIOS SINGAPORE

Well finally I’m here to share my TRIP to SINGAPORE; I spend three fun filled days in SINGAPORE and let me divide this post into three sections covering the first day to the third in individual post.

To prelude, its actually my third visit in the country, the first time was with my boyfriend where we didn't do much for both of us were first time traveler, the second time was just a transit where I only spend four hours in the airport and finally this time where I get to go around the country and discover what SINGAPORE has to offer.  I originally plan to stay a week but with the high cost of living and prices where a bottled water cost 2 S$ (Singaporean Dollar) each, I think 3 days would be expensive enough, LOL.

But you can’t put a price to experience and memories it will leave behind that’s why I probably spend the same amount of a week's travel in that short 3 days stay, and it was money well spent.
